I have had an extensive career in event catering, having managed at prestigious venues like The Royal Box at Wembley, The Guildhall, Royal Ascot, and The Brits at Earls Court.
I have also worked at iconic stadiums such as Emirates, Twickenham, and Chelsea, as well as venues like Kew Gardens and London Aquarium. I served as General Manager for Crown Catering at Church House, a Grade II listed venue in Westminster, hosting events for up to 664 guests.
I ran my own successful catering business for 20 years, growing it into a thriving Hertfordshire-based company.
Additionally, I am involved in prison catering, serve as a Parish Councillor, and was Chair of Governors at our local school.
Our chef Consultants, Charles Hayes and Ricky Yeoman, have reached the top of their profession and are well known in Stadium, Event and Flight Catering.
Charles and Ricky have been Executive Chefs at venues such as Ascot and Wembley..
They ran Air Culinaire, catering for private jets, an experience that is easy and delightful, from their kitchens in London and Paris.
They have experience in fine dining, stadiums, large events, cafes, livery halls, museums, restaurants, food trucks and start up companies.

Recently, we have helped:
Berkhamsted Town Hall - The venue was struggling to achieve 5 stars ‘on the doors’ - we worked with the management team to help achieve their goal.
Cafe at BRE, Watford - The onsite restaurant needed to get more customers though their doors. We redesigned the menu, to create a faster service without losing the quality.
StoneX Stadium - We provide staff on matchday, a lot of stadiums struggle with staff retention, and we are able to supply English speaking reliable staff.
Alida Events - Our team has helped grow a fantastic Catering Events Company, they have recently gained contracts at Harrow School and Piccadilly.
